Bray Jazz Festival returns to the Whale Theatre for 2023, with two incredible live performances featuring top class Irish and international musicians.

A two-times UK Jazz Singer of the Year Award' winner, Ian Shaw is one of the most highly regarded vocalists in contemporary jazz, lauded internationally for his musicality, his ready wit and his sensitive interpretations of classic songs. Here he teams up with renowned Loose Tubes and Quercus saxophonist Iain Ballamy and fast-rising piano star Jamie Safir for a magical trio celebrating some of the best-loved songs from the Great American Songbook, from composers like Burt Bacharach, Antonio Carlos Jobim and Leonard Bernstein.
