Student Lifecycle Administrator
The Royal Academy of Music is seeking a Student Lifecycle Administrator to join the Registry team.
The Registry plays a pivotal role in central student administration, by dealing with students from the point of application right through to monitoring their success after graduating. The Registry is also responsible for organising international student exchanges, advising on fee status and visa requirements, disbursing scholarships and bursaries, gathering statistics for government agencies, and providing essential information in the form of handbooks and handouts.
Your responsibilities will include running the Registry welcome desk and dealing with all front line enquiries, including processing requests for information from students. You will work closely with the Assistant Registrar and play an important role in the management and processing of student records at all points of the student lifecycle. You will also support your Registry colleagues to deliver core business activities and be the main administrative point of contact for the Academy’s teaching qualification, the LRAM. The successful candidate will have experience of assisting the public/students in a customer service environment alongside previous office administration.
You will have an excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills to deal effectively with a wide range of people and be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
