The London Symphony Orchestra seeks a strategic and self-driven individual to lead the Trusts and Foundations team within the organisation’s Development Department. The Senior Trusts and Foundations Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the trusts and foundations strategy to maximise income from grant-giving organisations. The LSO currently generates approximately £650,000 annually from trusts and foundations and anticipates further growth in this sector in the coming years.

Joining an experienced Development team, the Senior Trusts and Foundations Manager will work closely with senior LSO staff, the Development Board, and Advisory Council to cultivate and maintain relationships with both new and existing funders. The role will involve fundraising for a diverse array of initiatives, including education and community activities, new music commissions, audience development, infrastructure, and capital projects at LSO St Luke’s. This position offers considerable opportunity for professional development within a prominent cultural organisation.
