The Content Discovery team is at the centre of Sounds HQ working across Marketing, Editorial, and Product to grow and retain audiences on BBC Sounds. The team leads ambitious, cross-discipline projects and they are always looking at how small changes can lead to big improvements in listening.
This new role joins at time when the team is looking to devise new tactics and strategies for growth and to work with more teams across BBC radio and podcasts: it is collaborative, creative and data driven.
