On Friday 13 May, this exceptional event will feature Rubyhorse, The White Horse Guitar Club, Karen Underwood, Carrigtwohill Gospel Choir and The White Horse Gospel Choir, along with MC Dave Mac from RedFM. The concert promises an evening of solidarity through song for the people suffering unimaginably in Ukraine. All proceeds from the show will be donated to the Red Cross to provide much needed help to refugees fleeing the war.
With over 150 Cork musicians drawn from the local community through groups like The White Horse Guitar Club, Carrigtwohill and White Horse Gospel Choirs, the night represents an opportunity for one community to reach out to another; a gesture of love, compassion, humanity and solidarity to our European neighbours in a time of dire need.
