Sistema Scotland is seeking musician/teachers to join the organisation as it is being expanded to included woodwind and brass tuition for the first time.

You will join a team of string, musicianship and percussion musicians, to help to deliver a visionary, socially driven children’s orchestra centre. Being creative in designing and delivering engaging sessions for Big Noise participants, you will use music as a tool to grow children’s confidence, respect, aspiration, drive and understanding. You will develop innovative and inclusive ways to reach out to children, young people and their families, including home visits and community performances.

Educated to degree level or equivalent, experience of working with large and varied groups of children is essential, along with a track record of success in giving music instruction to children on a range of woodwind / brass instruments.

These are permanent part time posts, working 3 days a week.
