Luke Carrig
Luke Carrig is a singer-songwriter from Wicklow, Ireland. After a near eight-year hiatus from music—pursuing study and living in the US—Luke is easing back into the Irish music scene with a self-titled EP released and some live shows in 2023. Luke was a founding member of the original Raglans line up, and co-writer of the popular track “Down” from the Raglans’ debut album, reaching #5 in the Irish Album Charts.
With the Raglans, Luke was signed to Glenn Tilbrook’s (Squeeze) Quixotic Records, recording and touring with Tilbrook across the UK. Now an independent solo artist, Luke fuses together his folk sensibilities with catchy pop and an Americana feel; delivering energetic and impassioned performances. Often accompanied by instrumentalist Joshua Courtney, and piano player Fiachra White (Kammerpop); a blend of talent sure to entertain.
