Belfast City Council invites applications for its Creative Bursary Scheme 2023/2024.

This programme will award a £10,000 bursary to 13 creative practitioners in any art form. The Council will award three of these bursaries to creative practitioners working in or identifying with these areas:

traditional Irish
a minority ethnic background
LGBTQIA+

The closing date for applications is 12 noon on Thursday 16 March 2023.

The bursary scheme is flexible and will be responsive to the needs and ambitions of each winner to allow for innovation and experimentation. A bursary is not for a specific project or output but will focus on career development and mentorship.
