BIMM in Dublin is hiring a Careers, Industry and Events Co-ordinator.

The post holder will have a supporting role to the Head of Careers, Industry Liaison and Events with specific responsibility for BIMM External Events, Gigs, Masterclasses, Workshops and Careers & Industry.

This post requires flexible working hours of 37.5 hrs per week in College or at BIMM related venues. The usual requirement will be 9.00am – 5.30pm however, there will also be some evening work, so you will be required to work flexibly in line with your line manager.

Essential Criteria for Applicant
• Excellent personal presentation
• Excellent timekeeping and time management
• Good interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy including Photoshop and other Adobe programmes
• Ability to remain calm under pressure
• Experience of working in an Events Management context
