Board Members
Helium Arts is currently in search of three new board members to fill the roles of Arts and Culture, Philanthropy and Fund Development, and Healthcare Policy and Management. The upcoming retirements by rotation have provided an opportunity for Helium Arts to appoint new voluntary directors to its Board of Directors, as it embarks on a new five-year strategic plan (2023-2027).
The new board members will work closely with Helium Arts, a leading arts and health organisation in Ireland, in developing and influencing arts and health practice for children across the country. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of an organisation that believes creativity can change lives, and has already supported over 7,000 children with lifelong physical health conditions since its inception in 2010. Through its work, Helium Arts aims to empower children with opportunities for connection, belonging, imagination, and joy while fostering creative healthy environments around them so that they can have better outcomes.
The three new board members are required to possess expertise in specific areas. The first board member must have experience in Arts and Cultural Strategy, while the second must have experience in Philanthropy and Fund Development. The third board member must have experience in Healthcare Policy and Management.
Overall, this is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for arts, healthcare, and philanthropy to make a meaningful contribution to the community by serving on the board of Helium Arts. The application process is currently open, and those interested can apply via the Helium Arts website.
