The Back Doors

The Back Doors

Wednesday, 26 October 2022, 8.00pm

Doors open 8pm | Show 9pm Tickets €10 - €12

The all brother Doors "clone" band formed during their teens in Kilcoole, Co Wicklow. The Meakin brothers have played many venues in Ireland such as "The Olympia", "The Quays", "Dolans", "The Half Moon" and "The Mean Fiddler" to name but a few. Now, many years later, their gigs are few and far between as their lead singer resides in Berlin therefore this is a rare opportunity to see them all back on stage again!

With a totally authentic sound, and an uncanny accuracy in content, performance, energy and passion to "The Doors" themselves, anyone who partakes of this spiritual ritual of music, theatre and poetry will find themselves translocated in time and space to a little club in LA called the Whisky A-Go-Go in 1967.

"The back doors" are a quality show with an authentic Doors line-up, Fender bass keys and Hammond Organ by Terry, Michael on Drums, Josh on guitar, and John on Vocals and recital, this is as real as it gets. Note: Limited Seating | Band will perform on stage (not in the round) with a special set dedicated to LA Women
